Leadtimes & Returns
All products are built to order, this makes it easy if you require alterations.
Lead time can vary depending on current workload and what is ordered.
See below as a rough guide.
Please allow approx 12 weeks for outdoor bothy and hutch buildings, all custom orders and indoor enclosures.
Please allow approx 6 weeks for all standard Website items.
Currently single item orders are much quicker turn around so please do ask.
However if this can be done sooner it will.
Feel free to check back on the progress. We do not contact you with updates as this takes time away from building your order. We shall inform you when your order is complete and ready to ship, we can then arrange a suitable day for you to receive your order.
Please also bare in mind as we hand build each and every order, attention to detail is paramount. If we are not happy with the end result we will not send out a product. Therefore this can cause us unexpected delays, so please be patient and allow some flexibility with our anticipated lead time.
As all items are built to order, we do not accept returns if you have simply changed your mind.
However if your item has been received damaged do not worry.
Please take a picture of the damage and contact us straight away. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out and the damaged one collected. Please note as we do not carry stock items, there may be a short delay whilst a replacement is built.
If you have already placed your order, you are able to cancel this within 14 days from date of order with a refund, less a 5% admin fee.
After 14 days have passed you can not cancel orders. Please understand that although the actual build may not have been started. The order will have been factored into our workload along with timber and other materials ordered and accounted for.
