Do you ship outside the UK?
We only ship within UK mainland.
Are items shipped flat-Pack?
All items are shipped out fully assembled, no fixings are required. This excludes are hutches and sheds range which are self assembly. Hi
How will my item arrive?
Each product is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and then encased in cardboard. Your item will be fully assembled, they can be large/bulky packages.
Once I place an order, how long will it take?
All of the products are currently built to order. The general lead time is specified in the basket at time of ordering, unless other wise specified. Please do check before ordering if this is going to be a problem.
How to order a bespoke/customised product?
Use the bespoke order tab. In there you can submit a PDF showing a rough sketch of what you would like. Please indicate the dimensions required. It's really that simple! Once we have all the information we need, an estimate price will be calculated.
Can i track my order?
Our couriers do offer customer tracking. You will be informed when your order is ready to ship out using a next working day service so we are sure to arrange a day that suits you. As long as a mobile number has been left when placing the order you will receive a 2hr delivery slot via text message on the morning of delivery. If your order is being delivered on a pallet this can not be tracked online.
Will My order require a signature upon delivery?
Yes, someone needs to sign for the order. Unless you have left instruction for it to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
You will find the driver has left you card. Please read the card and follow the instructions. You can specify for your order to be left in a safe place if you know you will not be in to sign.
What if my item arrives damage?
If your item has been damage in transit do not worry. Please take a picture of the damage and contact us straight away. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out and the damaged one collected. Please note as we do not carry stock items, there may be a short delay whilst a replacement is built.
Will I need to paint my item?
All of our products are sent out as bare untreated wood. You can leave them this way. However if you have brought them for outdoor use, they will need treating to give some form of weather protection.
Do you offer payment plans?
We are more than happy to take a small non refundable deposit to get your order placed. Once your order is complete the balance is then due, this is required before your order leaves us. If you want to make payments along the way this is also no problem, just get in touch to do this.
We do not offer finance credit.
Do you offer a personal delivery and build service?
Yes this is available on our outdoor housing. Please contact us for a price.
You must ensure the ground has been prepared for the setup. It must be large enough to allow a person to walk all the way round the perimeter with the ground being be firm and flat. An ideal base would be paving stones or a concrete slab.
If we arrive onsite and the ground is not suitable we would not carry out the build and the order will be left for self assembly. You will have no right for a refund of the installation service.
The garden must have good clear access that is under good footing. We will not carry out a build where we have to walk through a property to gain access to the garden.
